Wight Inspect is run by Timothy Lee who has had 11 years' experience of the Island's sales and lettings markets.

Timothy was trained and accredited in domestic energy assessment by Elmhurst Energy Systems. In addition he holds the College of Estate Management's Diploma in Surveying Practice, and is currently carrying out research on the effect the introduction of the EPC might have on the Island's residential lettings market.

Wight Inspect aims to provide a comprehensive and professional service across the Island and can also provide Home Information Packs for England and Wales.

Wight Inspect will also be offering stand alone Energy Performance Certificates for landlords, which will become compulsory for new tenancies in October.
